Our rock augers are built to handle frozen ground, asphalt, concrete, rock and highly compacted soils. The bullet teeth allows it to handle high impact digging such as what you might find in a dirt/rock/cobble mix.
Bullet teeth wear and tear is not factored into rental rate. Auger Teeth billed separately @ $17.000+tax per tooth replaced. Upon acceptance of rental, I accept all teeth are in "good" condition and will pay for wear and tear of each tooth deemed "worn" by Defatte Equipment and needing replacement upon return. Please clean around tooth & tooth holder periodically, as excessive wear occurs when the tooth cannot spin freely within the holder.
